Jag kommer ihåg en gång när jag chockade en hel ledningsgrupp i ett större företag. Genom att presentera information som de inte hade en aning om. Information som jag bara hade hämtat på några timmar. Ifrån medarbetarna ute i organisationen. Jag hade då informationsövertag. Informationsövertag över självaste ledningen. Och dessutom affärskritisk sådan. Information som de borde känt till och varit mer insatta i än mig. Men så var ej fallet. Hur lyckades jag? Hur var detta möjligt? Svaret är: Förtroende.
