Styrelse, bolagsstyrning, från ägarlett till ägarstyrt och så vidare. Styrning är det ord som verkligen präglar svenska styrelser. Men är det verkligen styrning som en styrelse ska hålla på med? Styrning som i Sverige anses vara negativt. Och som forskare inom akademin har fördömt i förmån för ledarskap. Så ska en styrelse styra? Och plötsligt därefter ska VD leda? Bör inte ledarskapet börja ifrån toppen? Ska inte styrelseordförande leda? Leda bolaget strategiskt? Och VD leda taktiskt som operativt?
