I dag kan man läsa i tidningen att den avgående VD Håkan Samuelsson på Volvo Cars ville ha en intern efterträdare. Detta ville inte ägaren. Han ville inte ha en ny VD med volvoerfarenhet. Vilket en extern rekryterare också såg som en svaghet i ledningen. Oavsett hur situationen var och vad folk tyckte. Är det fortfarande märkligt att man pratar om erfarenhet i en rekrytering på den nivån. Och särskilt om personen har erfarenhet av bilindustrin och just Volvo Cars. Så rekryterar man inte en topp-VD.
